Yes I am doing the unthinkable. Starting on the 1st of January 2012 I will only be putting up work which has been thoroughly edited. Not only, but also, all new work will be for sale at the ridiculously low price of 50p, less than a singular Euro or Dollar. More as it happens and as it happens the whole site is up for a dust down and freshen up, as a result if things don't appear as they should please stick with me (referring often to the instruction manual).
This website was created so I could give a name to my desire to become a published writer. Something I did earlier in 2010. With the help of my brother Scott, we created a book of short stories based on a character called Bob Kerr; a retired builder who takes on the roll of a private detective. More on Bob and where you can buy the book on the Ponderings Page.
However there are other sides to this website which may be of interest to the readers and just as importantly the writers of books. I will give you a blow by blow account of my experience in the self publishing world. Believe me it's not just about having fifty quid and a book to share. More of that on the Self Publishing Page.
What I would like to happen on this Site is that other writers come along and submit their work. It's a big step and I am the first to admit it takes a little courage to let go that first story, but it's a great feeling when you do. Hopefully the Submissions will come to the fore.
